Sean - Head Coach & Owner:
With over 15 years experience in the fitness industry, Sean has come up against every problem you're having, and has a solution to help you get there!
Laudia - Coach & Head of Nutrition:
With years of experience from weight loss to bodybuilding to endurance racing, Laudia can help improve your nutrition, whatever your goal may be. This is not a chicken and broccoli meal plan. This is individual guidance, support and accountability with whatever stage of your nutrition journey you're on.
Cian - Coach & Client success manager:
Cian's role, outside of delivering amazing and professional training sessions, is to make sure you're supported 24/7 through weekly check ins, support and on-the-spot problem solving.

With over 50 training sessions each week, our coach led group training offers all the benefits of 1-2 personal training, in a small group environment.
